Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Only what you provide to run your family's dashboard:

• Account details — name, username, and a securely hashed password.
• Health information you upload or enter — lab reports, prescriptions, consultation notes, medications, symptoms, appointments, and family notes.
• Basic patient details you choose to add (name, age, diagnosis).

2. How we use it

• To show your dashboard, trends, reminders, and summaries.
• To power AI features (e.g. "Dr. Asha", treatment timeline, plain-language summaries, translation). To do this, relevant records are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Where it is stored

Your data is stored in a hosted database, and uploaded files in secure object storage. Access is restricted to your family account. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes and can never be read back.

4. Who can see it

Only members of your family account whom you invite. Shared links (doctor briefs, summaries) are time-limited and only work while valid. We do not share your data with third parties except the infrastructure and AI providers needed to run the service.

5. Your choices & rights

• You can view, edit, or delete your records at any time from within the app.
• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• You can withdraw consent by deleting your account.

6. Consent

By creating an account you consent to your family's health information being stored and processed as described above, including processing by our AI provider to deliver the features you use.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your records from the live database and object storage.
