Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of the service

Manjiva is a software service accessed over the internet through your web browser or as an installable web app. There is no physical product, and therefore no shipping, courier, or postal delivery of any kind.

2. Delivery of purchases

• Paid features are activated on your account immediately once payment is confirmed by our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Access is delivered electronically — there is nothing to dispatch and no delivery address is required.
• If payment succeeds but paid features do not activate within 30 minutes, email support@manjiva.com and we will resolve it.

3. Service area

Manjiva is available online to users in India and internationally. Indian customers are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) and international customers in US Dollars ($). Because the service is delivered over the internet, there are no regional shipping restrictions, delivery charges, or delivery timelines anywhere we operate.

4. Charges

No shipping or handling charges are levied at any time. The subscription price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Because nothing is shipped, cancellations and refunds are governed entirely by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
