1. About Manjiva

Manjiva ("we", "us") is a software service that helps families store, organise and understand a loved one's medical records, track medicines and appointments, and prepare for doctor visits. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Manjiva is operated as a sole proprietorship by Prachi Sharma, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. What Manjiva is — and is not

• Manjiva is an organisational and informational tool. It uses AI to summarise and explain records in plain language.
• Manjiva is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate; always confirm with your treating doctor.
• You are responsible for how you use the information the service provides.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the records and information you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that data to provide the service, including processing by our AI provider. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Plans, trials & billing

• New accounts include a free trial period. After the trial, continued use of paid AI features requires a paid subscription.
• Paid plans (Plus, Family) are billed monthly on a recurring basis via our payment partner, Razorpay, until cancelled.
• Indian customers are billed in Indian Rupees (₹); international customers in US Dollars ($).
• Cancellation, renewal and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access other users' data, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manjiva is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any health outcome arising from reliance on information provided by the service. Except for the refunds described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, your remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel your subscription and stop using the service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
